'Helicopter Mom' Lauren Sánchez Flies Son Nikko and Orlando Bloom on Skydiving Trip
Lauren Sánchez is giving "helicopter mom" a whole new meaning. The award-winning journalist, 54, posted an Instagram video on Thursday, Aug. 8, flying her son Nikko Gonzalez, 23, and Orlando Bloom in a helicopter so the pair could skydive together. Sánchez shares her eldest child with ex-boyfriend NFL tight end Tony Gonzalez. She also shares son, Evan, 17 and daughter, Ella, 16, with ex-husband Patrick Whitesell. In Sánchez's video, she pilots the aircraft while Gonzalez and Bloom, 47, sit behind her seat.
