Ben and Erin Napier are celebrating a bittersweet family milestone. The married couple and HGTV Home Town Takeover co-hosts shared individual posts on Instagram on Sunday, Sept. 1 to commemorate that their younger daughter Mae, 3, is transitioning into a "big girl bed" and their family crib would soon be going into storage. But it wasn't just any old crib — per both posts, Ben, 40, started drawing up plans to hand-build the crib when he learned that Erin, 39, was pregnant with their first daughter, Helen, now 6.
