Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell was bailed out of jail by her birth mother last week after more than a month in custody following an arrest on child abuse and drug charges. Deanna Micoley paid $4,000 bail for Chelsea, 27, to be released from custody in Wisconsin, with authorities demanding Chelsea remain sober and not possess any drugs or alcohol, US Weekly reported Tuesday after reviewing court docs. Chelsea was arrested in Amberg, Wisconsin on September 10 after a search warrant was executed, and charged with felony child neglect, methamphetamine possession, THC possession and overseeing a place where drug trafficking was taking place.
