Donald Trump sent shockwaves around the globe on Monday night by threatening huge tariffs on China, Canada and Mexico on his first day back in the White House. The president-elect said he would impose 25 percent rates on Canadian and Mexican imports until they clamped down on drugs and migrants crossing the border. Trump separately outlined 'an additional 10 percent tariff, above any additional tariffs' on imports from China.
