Chilling new details have emerged about the brutal beating of an inmate at Marcy Correctional Facility in upstate New York, which ultimately led to the inmate's death. At least three of the thirteen New York correctional officers involved in the savage beating of 39-year-old Robert Brooks - who was handcuffed at the time of the fatal beating - have been accused of participating in similar attacks on prisoners across the state.
