OnlyFans model Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves died at age 27 after falling off of a hotel balcony in Brazil. The adult entertainment creator — who was known online as Anna Polly — was said to be filming content with two men when she fatally fell on Jan. 23. In a statement issued to local Brazilian outlet Quem, law enforcement said that they have yet to conclude whether or not the late influencer's death was an accident.
