Pulp singer Jarvis Cocker has detailed his very unusual choice of wedding venue and revealed why he chose to pop the question in the middle of a traffic jam. The longest-standing member of the band, 61, made the revelation on The Jonathan Ross Show on Friday as he discussed his recent nuptials which took place in a circus. Jarvis said he had been planning to pop the question to his partner of 15 years, creative consultant Kim Sion, while on holiday but 'something stopped me'.
