The BBC has been criticised for appearing to blur a pro-trans rights t-shirt worn by Ricky Wilson.

Showing on Michael McIntyre's Huge Present on Friday night (February 3), the Kaiser Chiefs star proudly sported a shirt with the slogan 'Trans rights are human rights.'

Understandably, the outfit selection generated lots of chatter on-line, with social media customers praising Ricky for his allyship.

Nevertheless, a lot observed that the text appeared blurry from certain digital camera angles, prompting debate about whether it was obscured deliberately.

Ricky, 46, initially had no concept he was going to be showing on national tv.

However the fun didn't stop there, oh no. Michael wasn't finished.

In the direction of the top of his present, Ricky believed he was going to check out a funhouse for Virgin Radio.

As he jumped over inflatables and down a huge slide into a ball pit, he arrived on the primary stage of the Huge Present to a cheering viewers and a very jolly Michael.

His Kaiser Chiefs bandmates had been in on the prank the whole time, and commenced enjoying I Predict A Riot while Ricky appeared out to the screaming crowd, totally bamboozled.

After the performance, Ricky worked out that the mystery caller was, in truth, Michael himself.
