"Xielo loves enjoying together with his toys and watching cartoons including Bino and Fino.

"Me, his dad and the entire household are so heartbroken at what has happened. We thank everybody who has supported us and helped us throughout this time. We are extraordinarily grateful for this.

"All we would like is for Xielo to be found as soon as attainable. Thanks."

The toddler's dad, who jumped into the water in a determined bid to rescue his son, described Xielo as a "bundle of joy".

He informed how the "charming and artistic little boy" who loves cuddles and going to the park has just began nursery.

The dad added: "As a household we now have been utterly devastated over the past few days as the search for Xielo continues.

"It's onerous to describe the pain and suffering we're going by means of."

DESPERATE SEARCH

Cops this week found CCTV displaying him Xielo falling into the water while out together with his family last Sunday.

His dad was taken to hospital as a precaution after jumping into the river while the seek for the toddler continues.
