Here, Vauxhall managing director James Taylor writes an open letter to the PM urging him to re-energise the electric automotive market with three easy steps.

Pricey Rishi,

I'm writing on behalf of hundreds of thousands of British motorists. The household automotive buyer. The small automotive driver.
