A WALMART shopper has been arrested after getting into with multiple guns and defended his actions, saying his Second Modification rights must be protected.

Estep claimed he's someone who might be trusted with guns

"Without the Second Amendment, we've no freedom," he advised Cox affiliate WSOC in Charlotte. 

"I am not just a few random man with a gun.

"I know how to deal with weapons properly and safely."

He plans to challenge his charge because he was not carrying the guns in a approach that was scary and other people have been smiling at him.

Estep promised that he would do no hurt and did not have dangerous intentions with all of the weapons he had on him.

"I am an trustworthy man," Estep stated.&

"I have three youngsters. I've by no means had any violent expenses.

Protection lawyer Brent Ratchford defined that although the Second Modification permits you to carry a gun, it is totally different when you're on personal property.&
