A man accused of killing a 21-year-old Texas student may have prowled 'Sugar Daddy' websites in the past, according to court documents. Bobby Singh Shah, 51, was arrested during a traffic stop on Wednesday for the murder of Nepal national Muna Pandey, who was found shot dead in her southwest Houston apartment over the weekend. Shah was arrested after police released a surveillance image of the suspect exiting Pandey's apartment on Saturday and received several tips.
