Ariana Grande has embraced the Glindafication that has come with being in Wicked — including all her glam. In a new Instagram video shared on Nov. 7, the actress, 31, pulled back the curtain on her getting-ready process for getting Glinda-fied while filming. This included putting on makeup, installing a wig and even covering a few of her tattoos. When the process started, she joked with the hair and makeup team that she takes the "least amount of time" to get ready for filming (which they agreed with) and even did some of her own makeup.
