Vazquez, who is best known for his famous series of fights against fellow Mexican Rafael Marquez, held multiple world titles in the super-bantamweight division. 'Magnifico' eventually brought the curtain down on his iconic career after a fourth and final showdown with Marquez in May 2010, bowing out with a record of 44 wins (32 KOs) and five losses from his 49 professional contests.
