U.S. Capitol Police have arrested a man entering the Capitol Visitor Center who was doused in fuel and carrying a torch and flare gun on Election Day. The scary incident was reported around 1:45 pm ET on the Capitol Police's X account. 'Our officers just arrested a man who was stopped during our screening process at the Capitol Visitor Center (CVC),' the post says. 'The man smelled like fuel, had a torch & a flare gun.
