An elderly man was seen being violently tossed to the ground by a police officer after he told the cop to 'shut up'. On October 27, Lich Vu, 70 and a woman got into a car accident after she struck his vehicle on Northwest 39th Street near Meridian Avenue in Oklahoma City. An unnamed officer soon arrived at the scene, where he issued a ticket to the female driver and one to Lich for an 'improper U-turn'.
