Hoda Kotb is ready for her family to embark on their new normal. The journalist, 60, chatted with Today.com about what her life is going to look like following her exit from Today on Friday, Jan. 10. Kotb, who is mom to daughters Hope, 5, and Haley, 7, shared that she's most excited to settle into a new routine with her family of three. "I'm going to let them find the voice inside them," she said of her two girls.
