Teddy Swims' girlfriend, Raiche Wright, knows how to keep him from losing control. At Selena Gomez's Rare Impact Fund Benefit, Swims told PEOPLE that he has struggled with nightmares for a long time, and Wright has been "really helpful." "I wake up sometimes every 30 minutes, and she's been so wonderful and such a holistic person about, 'Here, take some magnesium or take some of this and that,'" the "Lose Control" singer said.
