Tina Knowles shared a sweet birthday message to Blue Ivy on Instagram.
Beyoncéand Jay-Z'seldest child, Blue Ivy, is already 14 years old. She celebrated her birthday today, with her grandmother,Tina Knowles, revealing how she got her name in the first place.
"I remember the day that we found out about you being in your mom's womb. We could not have been more excited! We were told that you were the size of a blueberry and that is where your name came from," Tinacaptionedher latest Instagram post, which features a collage of Blue Ivy photos.

"We all prayed together for you every single day till you were 12 weeks old in your moms belly! Then we prayed individually until you arrived months later. It was apparent that you were a fighter from the beginning, and you talked very early," Tina continued.
"To say that I'm a proud grandmother is an understatement! Even with all of your accomplishments and success, you remain a very sweet, kind humble human being," her caption concluded.
Tina signed off by referring to Blue Ivy as her "manager, makeup artist, and fashion adviser."

Over the summer, Beyoncé brought Blue Ivy out multiple times during her global Cowboy Carter tour. For her stop in Paris, the pop superstar surprised the audience with Miley Cyrus, who performed her duet with Beyoncé, "II Most Wanted," live for the very first time.
Both of them wore gold outfits, with Cyrus selecting an embellished sheer jumpsuit made of beige tulle with gold crystal, bugle beads, and sequin tattoo-inspired stencil embroidery from McQueen. Beyoncé, meanwhile, opted for a chainmail mini dress with fringe.
