Doyle is the first major hire for Minter's staff. Minter is the head coach and will handle defensive play-calling duties given his background on that side of the ball. Doyle will be the offensive coordinator and likely handle more responsibilities than he did in Chicago.
Baltimore still has vacancies at defensive and special teams coordinators.
