Barry Keoghan's new hairstyle is here, there and everywhere!

It seems Keoghan, 33, has already embarked on the long and winding road to becomingRingo Starr. The Irish actor, whois set to portray Starr in an upcoming biopic, debuted a new — and lengthy — hairstyle that closely resembles the drummer's iconic mop-top from the early days ofThe Beatlesin London on Wednesday, Jan. 28.

TheSaltburnstar stepped out with the new look — his usual brunette locks, only much longer than they were during his last public appearance — at a screening of his filmCrime 101at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square.

Keoghan styled the tresses into a voluminous, shaggy cut, evoking the looks of 2010s boy bands (see: earlyOne Direction) and, of course, the mop-top style popularized by The Beatles — Starr, now 85, included — in the 1960s.

In other images, he posed alongside his costars in the upcoming heist thriller, Monica Barbaro, Halle Berry, Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo.

WhileCrime 101hits theaters next month, the wait for Keoghan's Starr biopic will be much longer.

The music-focused film is expected to release worldwide in April 2028 —along with three other separate but intersecting films, each following one of Starr's fellow "Yesterday" rockers:Paul McCartney,John Lennon, andGeorge Harrison.

TheSam Mendes-directed project, collectively titledThe Beatles – A Four-Film Cinematic Event, will be the "first bingeable theatrical experience" after its release, the director announced at CinemaCon in March 2025.

Starrreacted to the films in an exclusive chat with PEOPLE, just before the casting was finalized.

"I'm excited that [Mendes] has taken the madness of making four movies at the same time," the legendary musician told PEOPLE. "My life as a lad, John's life, Paul's life, George's life, I mean, it must interact in some way."

"There'll be Beatles in mine around when I joined, and there'll be Beatles in Paul's. We'll all be there. So I'm excited to see what he does with it," added the rocker.
