A source confirms to PEOPLE that Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton had "a romantic meetup" in Europe this week
The pair were spotted arriving at a hotel in Paris together, per a video shared by TMZ
They have been friends for several years, but this is the first time they are romantically linked

The SKIMS founder, 45, is reportedly dating F1 starLewis Hamilton. In a video obtained byTMZon Monday, Feb. 2, the two were spotted exiting the same SUV as they arrived at a hotel in Paris, France.
"It was a romantic meetup," a source tells PEOPLE.
The outlet claimed that Kardashian and Hamilton, 41, flew in from the United Kingdom together on a private jet.
According toThe U.S. Sun,the couple met up for a weekend getaway at Estelle Manor, a luxury hotel and private members' club in the English countryside's Cotswolds area, before traveling to Paris.
A rep for Kardashian did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

The reality star has been friends with the British racer for several years. At the 2014 GQ Men of the Year ceremony, Kardashian was seen greeting Hamilton with a friendly kiss on the cheek.
Then, in 2021, Kardashian and Hamilton were pictured together at the WSJ. Magazine Innovator Awards, and again at Pharrell Williams' debut show as the creative director for Louis Vuitton menswear in 2023.
Last month, Kim opened up about her dating life during an appearance on sisterKhloé Kardashian'sKhloé In Wonder Landpodcast, where she shared the qualities she hopes to have in her next partner.

"Good morals and values, a calm person, dependable," she explained. "Takes accountability. I think that's my number one thing."

When the Good American co-founder, 41, asked if Kim had been secretly dating anyone in the past year, she said she had not.
"Honestly, no. Isn't that crazy?" she revealed before Khloé pointed out that it was "the longest" she had seen her sister be single and asked how it felt.
"Good," Kim replied. "I just feel like my kids need me. It's really hard when I have to put them to bed every night. I get them up. I take them to school. I get them ready. They sleep in my bed. I haven't had time — and I'm okay with that. I thought, 'You know what? I'm going to be studying. I won't have time. When I'm done, I'll open myself up.' "
"I opened myself up," she added. "But it's just, I haven't found anyone. And that's okay."
