Among astring of lengthy Instagram storiesaddressinglongstanding rumors of a family feudon Monday, Jan. 19, the 26-year-old former model recalled the moment Victoria "hijacked" his first dance with wifeNicola Peltz Beckhamon their big day.
Their first dance, he said, "had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song." However, he alleged that "in front of our 500 wedding guests, (singer) Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead."
Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, took to Instagram on Jan. 19 to break his silence about his relationship with his parents after years of speculation of family turmoil. The 26-year-old wrote in a string of lengthy Instagram Stories that he does "not want to reconcile with my family" and made claims about the way his family, specifically his mother, have treated his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.
"My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation," he said. "All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family."

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham also recalled his mother allegedlybailing "in the eleventh hour"on making his wife's wedding dress, and claimed the Spice Girls alum, 51, called him "evil" for sitting his and Nicola Peltz Beckham's grandmothers at their table but seating their parents at nearby tables.

Since the Peltz Beckhamsmarried in April 2022, rumors have circulated about the state of their relationship with the Beckham clan amidscrutiny of the couple's absencefromfamily functions.
Victoria and David Beckham, who attended the couple's wedding, were notably absent from theirvow renewal in August. Brooklyn Peltz Beckham now says the renewal was "so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment."
